Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Care EV, we are committed to providing high-quality EV spare parts from trusted brands. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Used or installed spare parts
  • Electrical components that show burn marks or tampering
  • Custom-ordered or special-order items
Process:
  1. Contact our support team with order details and issue description.
  2. Our team will inspect the request and confirm eligibility.
  3. Upon approval, the product must be shipped back to our warehouse safely.
  4. Replacement or credit will be issued after inspection of the returned item.

Care EV reserves the right to approve or decline return requests based on product condition and policy terms.
